The legal relationship is one of a consultancy encapsulated in a written agreement between Virtual Legal Counsel and and your company. There are 2 options, a Significant Events Retainer to manage a significant event in the life of your company and secondly an Annual Retainer.

Significant Event Retainer includes:

• An initial public offering (listing on ASX)
• A capital raise from sophisticated investors
• Settlement of a contractual or financial dispute
• Managing litigation and reducing legal fees
• Mediating a dispute

In all cases Virtual Legal Counsel will co-ordinate and manage external advisers and provide the Board with value add advice to produce the best outcome for the company.

Annual Retainer includes:

• Acquisition or disposal of a company or assets
• Negotiating a debt or securities restructuring
• Attending board meetings and providing real time advice on commercial matters
• Board meetings can be attended via video conference or in person as required
• Being available on an “as required basis” by video or mobile telephone for senior management
