The Virtual General Counsel will manage the Significant Event to obtain a superior , cost effective and value add outcome for his Client

Your Counsel will be available to manage in conjunction with the board of directors or investment committee the Significant Event including managing external lawyers, accountants and other advisors

Your Counsel will be available via an annual retainer to attend board meetings, investment committee meetings and strategic meetings in person and as required
